The right pool lighting for an atmospheric ambience
Using pool lighting is an easy way to use your swimming pool in the evening or at night. You can illuminate your pool in different colours, either permanently white, green, blue, red, purple or in colour changing mode and with light shows.
You can install a luminous water fountain or cascade on an INTEX pool. Lighting your pool with LEDs - LED stands for light-emitting diode - has proven itself in recent years. The LED lights are characterised by their long service life, the luminosity of which does not usually drop out abruptly, but decreases slowly. The average luminous hours of LEDs amount to about 30,000 hours. However, the service life of the luminaires can also be considerably longer.
At Steinbach you will find a wide range of LED lighting for above-ground pools, whirlpools and polystyrene pools. The pool lights are available for all types, shapes and sizes of pools. If you would like to have pool lighting without having to make any changes to your pool, free-floating LEDs and LEDs with magnetic mounting are suitable.
You only have to make sure that the LED is suitable for your pool, e.g. for above-ground steel-walled pools you can mount the light with a magnet, for polystyrene pools an underwater spotlight is mounted with a recess and flange Above-ground pools are divided into round or oval steel shell pools and pure foil pools. Please note the exact dimensions and specifications for the luminaires. Some LEDs, for example, are only suitable for foil pools. The LED lights should be removed during pool cleaning so that the skimmer or other cleaning products do not damage them.
However, in the case of free-floating luminaires and luminaires with a magnetic attachment, these can be quickly dismantled and reattached. The luminaires are designed for pools, i.e. underwater, but check that the housing is really tight. Water in the luminaire will cause severe damage to it.
